Our Shipper, UPS, has assured us of safe and intact delivery of our products. We recognize, however, that there may be the occasional issue with shipping and handling.

We are committed to providing you with products that are safe and free from damage, and to this end, will accept any product that has been damaged in transit. Please repackage and return the items via UPS. Your return postage fees will be deducted from the cost when the shipment is resent.
